Maureen was born in Phila. and grew up in Palmyra. She was an Administrator for the Burlington Co. Board of Social Services in Mt. Holly for over 30 years. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Church Chior and an avid fan of the Phillies, Eagles and Flyers.

Obituary of Maureen A. McGlashon

Maureen A. McGlashon (nee Deegan), of Cinnaminson went to be with the Lord on May 3, 2016, at age 60. Beloved wife of 36 years to "Skip" McGlashon. Devoted mother of Conor McGlashon and Clare McGlashon, all of Cinnaminson. Loving daughter of the late Joseph G. and the late Maureen T. (nee McDade) Deegan, and daughter-in-law of Rev. Hugh and his wife Lois McGlashon, Jr. of Haines City, FL. Dear sister of Diane M. (Ed) Tevis of West Berlin, Joseph C. Deegan of Palmyra, and the late Michael Deegan. Sister-in-law of Marisa Silva of Howell Twp., NJ and James McGlashon of Marlton. Also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins and loyal friends. Maureen was born in Phila. and grew up in Palmyra. She was an Administrator for the Burlington Co. Board of Social Services in Mt. Holly for over 30 years. She was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Church Choir and an avid fan of the Phillies, Eagles and Flyers. Maureen was an animal and cat lover. She enjoyed being at the Jersey Shore and vacationing with her family at L.B.I. She enjoyed all forms of music from Broadway Shows, Julie Andrews, Barbara Streisand, Kenny Chesney, and rock bands The Eagles and Genesis. She enjoyed collecting Dolphin Statues and Memorabilia. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday (May,10) from 7 to 9 PM and again Wednesday (May,11) from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad St, Riverton, followed by her Funeral Mass 11 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 103 Fourth St., Riverton. In lieu of flowers, Maureen's family requests donations in her memory be made to the Burlington Co. Animal Shelter, 35 Academy Drive, Westampton, NJ 08060 or the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, P.O.
