Obituary of Henry S. Karbach, Sr.
Henry "Hank" S. Karbach, Sr age 85, passed peacefully on March, 8, 2016.
Beloved husband of 63 years to Rosemary T. (nee Treacy). Loving father of Henry, Jr. Terri), Michael (Barbara), Dennis (Loretta), Rosemary Foley (Terrence), Kevin(Sharon), Karen Karbach-Marks (The late Len, Fiance' Gene), Maureen Parker (Michael), Daniel(Heather). Proud grandfather of BrieAnn, Jennifer, Cortney, Whitaker (Ryan), Alyson, David, Jason, Keirston, Brett, Kristopher; Leanne, Caitlin, Sarah, Laura, Jessica, TJ, Melissa, Megan, Ryan, Patrick, Sean and great-grandfather of Jack, Ayden, Logan and MacKenzie. Dear brother of Bob (Joanne). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Henry was a graduate of Abington High School, a member of the Army 82nd Airborne Division during the Korean War. He was a dedicated member of the Pastoral Council of Holy Rosary Parish, Ashland and founder of it's Catholic Youth Organization(CYO)and was a coach and mentor to the members of the basketball and football squads.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday (3/14), from 7 to 9 PM and again Tuesday (3/15), from 9 to 10:45 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Gibbsboro, where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment will be private. Hank's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Kresson View Center, 2601 E. Evesham Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043.
