Rob and Tom, Denny and I wanted to let you know how much we will miss your mom. She was a bright spot in the world with a kind word for everyone. I have some many childhood memories of your mom, I always wanted her to be my big sister. She will be greatly missed. Cecilia and Denny in Colorado.

Rob and Tom, please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your Mom! It was my privilege to bring Holy Communion to her and your father until he died. Your Mom and I have been connected for these past seven and a half years. We had wonderful sharing about life, family, and faith! The depth of her faith and reliance on God was inspiring to me and helped to deepen my faith! I know she is with your Dad and Ceil and our good and gracious God!
May you be consoled with this thought! My prayers are with you! Sister Anne Pierre, IHM

Rob and Tom I just wanted to offer my sincere condolences and prayers to you two. Your Mom was a lovely caring and very special friend. We met when you boys were just starting school and we remained friends in person, and on FB until my Tom and I moved to Florida. She will be missed. God bless and I will keep you in my prayers.

Cousin Helen was such a special person. In spite of her personal pain she found the joy, and most especially the humor in life, and remained a gracious, lovely woman who could sit down and have a chat with anyone.
Helen was older than me, someone I always looked forward to seeing, although I only ever enjoyed sporadic conversations with her at family events, until we connected on Facebook. People always malign FB. FB facilitated a relationship we wouldn't have had otherwise. Sometimes we would private chat late at night, when I, being a night owl hadn't gone to bed yet, and she couldn't sleep. It was FB that reminded us that, though years apart, we share the same birth date, November 22, both born on Thanksgiving Day. I will miss our conversations, the delight she took in pictures of my cats, her love of birds, her humor, and her optimism. Just last week she posted, "Let's pray that May is a month of healing." My extended family is shocked and heartbroken at the sudden loss of such a lovely woman.
