I have fond memories of David my cousin. I was only a very young girl when he visited us in Northern Ireland. He was in his uniform and I think at the time was based in Germany. He was so handsome and we were so impressed to have this wonderful cousin all the way from America come to visit us.
The next time I met him was when he and his sister Mary visited us in Australia in 1996. We had a great time with them and it gave us a a chance to get to know him better. He was a gentle, intelligent, interesting man. Our thoughts are with his sisters and and all our extended family in the USA. May he rest in peace. Ann Atkinson (O'Kane)
