(nee Sczepanski), age 57 of Berlin, on May 14, 2010, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.
Beloved wife of 28 years to Michael. Devoted mother of Maryanne E. and Annemarie D. both of Berlin. Loving daughter of Peter and Philomena (nee Bucci) Sczepanski of MapleShade, Daughter-in-law of Ralph and the late "Ginny" Vizoco of Gibbsboro. Dear sister of Paul and Kathy Sczepanski of Marlton and Thomas and Janie Sczepanski of Crownsville, MD. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Denise was born in Camden and rasised in Maple Shade. She worked for Virtua Health Marlton and Berlin Divisions for 36 yrs. as a medical transcriptionist for both the Emergency Room and Medical Records. She also worked many years for the Disney Store at Echelon. She spent many hours volunteering for the Amer. Cancer Society's Reach to Recovery Program, Winslow Twp. High School's Renaissance Program and Project Graduation. She was a member of the Religious Education Board and Office and assisted with Vacation Bible School at St. Simon Stock Parish/ Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Campus.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with her family Tuesday 5/18/10, 9:30 am to 10:45 am at St. Simon Stock Parish/Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Campus, White Horse Pike at Franklin Ave, Berlin, where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cem.
