On February 22, 2010, of West Berlin, formerly of Philaelphia, at the age of 75.
Beloved husband of 57 years to Regina B. (nee Lawlor). Devoted father of Jeanie M. Cline and husband William J. of Williamstown, Joseph M. Maxwell and wife Erendida of Galloway Twp.,  Kathleen Heggan and husband Norman of Williamstown, Donna Marie Tyburski and the late William of Gloucester City. Loving grandfather of 9 and proud great grandfather of 8. Dear brother of Estelle Markley of Phila., Mary Ostroski of Doylestown, PA, James Maxwell of Downers Grove, IL, Anne Campellone of PA and the late Thomas Maxwell
Joe worked as a carpenter for over 50 years of his life. He was always hard working, honest with people and an expert at his craft. He also enjoyed teaching others the art of carpentry. He was a man of his word, if he said he was going to do something he would make sure it got done. Joe's family was the most important thing in his life and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing and funeral Monday  March 01, 2010, 9:30 to 10:45am at St Simon Stock Parish/Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Campus, Franklin Ave. at White Horse Pike, Berlin, where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday at 11am. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cem. Joe's family requests in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory be made to Our Lady of  Mt. Carmel/ St. Andrew the Apostle Regional School,1 Cedar Avenue, Berlin, NJ 08009.
