(nee Baskosky), died on December 19, 2009, at Genesis Eldercare Voorhees Center at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late John M. Kachur, Jr. Devoted mother of Robert L. and his wife Kathy Kachur of Voorhees, Sandra L. Kachur and her husband Cliff Schultes of Sugar Land, TX Loving Grandmother of Timothy R. Kachur and his wife Shannon Hourigan of Richmond, VA and Kristen N. and her husband Omar Martinez of Cromwell, CT.
Ann was born in Czechoslovakia and came to Mckeesport, PA at the age of 8. She grew up and resided there for 70 years before moving to Voorhees 2 years ago. She retired from the McKeesport School District were she worked as a Cafeteria Manager for 39 years. She was an active member of Holy Trinity Church now St. Martin de Porres Church in McKeesport. Ann enjoyed baking and crocheting and being with her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday 9:30 to 10:45 am at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, Rt. 561 & Kresson-Gibbsboro Rd., Gibbsboro, where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am. Burial will take place next week at Calvary Cem., Port Vue, PA.
